With regards to product returns, we will accept a return as follows:

• product is unopened and considered as resalable merchandise, in its original condition, and has an expiry date of 12 months or longer from the date a return is requested;
• product has been damaged or tampered with, prior to receipt, and a claim for damage has been made within 10 days of receipt of product;
• product has been deemed intolerable due to taste or is the cause of an adverse event.

Please note that all returns will require a Return Authorization Number that would need to be noted on the returned parcel. This number will be provided in reply to your email
